To begin on those recaps, I’ll start with spring adventures. I’m sure every reader is just begging to ask the question “when do you take vacations?” or “what do you do in April?” or even “what does a vacation look like for a professional athlete?” The answer at least for my sister and I is to cram way too many activities into a short time span while staying very active and trying to do things cheaply, and avoid anything where there are too many people. In other words we drove down to Moab (Caitlin finally being old enough to rent a car), lived out of an ultralight tent, avoided showers, and explored as much terrain as possible.
So without further ado, here is the grand tour of Moab including Fisher Towers, Arches, Canyonlands: Island in the Sky, La Sal mountains, mountain biking, Canyonlands: Needles, and other places as seen through my iPhone camera over the course of a week. I also am assuming that google images can provide better photos of the sites, so these are the entertaining ones with a few landscapes as well. (Also it seemed I had too many pictures of snow so this is providing some variety)
