Recap: Atqasuk Skiku Trip

For the past several years I have missed out on the opportunity to teach kids to ski in the remote villages of Alaska due to conflicts with school. So for the second recap, we journey to the village of Atqasuk on the North Slope of Alaska for a Skiku trip. Conveniently the trip leader was my sister. We were joined by two others to spend five days herding cats teaching the young villagers to ski. These are awesome trips for both the athletes and the villagers as we both get to experience something new and learn about other ways of life.
